Will I keep my existing phone number?+
Yes. Customers call the exact same number they always have. We forward calls to Mo behind the scenes. If you want, you can take calls yourself when the shop's quiet and let Mo handle the rush.
What happens when Mo doesn't understand someone?+
Mo asks them to repeat themselves, gently. If something genuinely can't be figured out, Mo offers to put the caller through to you. You can also configure Mo to transfer any call to your mobile on request.
Does Mo handle different accents?+
Yes. Mo's tuned for British English plus the most common UK accents — South Asian, Eastern European, African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern. Nightly we add new misheard words to the list, so accuracy improves over time.
What if my menu changes?+
Tell us, and Mo's brain updates within minutes. Pricing changes, new dishes, sold-out items — all easy. You'll soon be able to update the menu yourself from your phone.
What does the printer cost?+
Nothing extra. The cloud-connected thermal printer is included in your monthly minimum. We send it in the post. If it ever breaks, we send a replacement — no charge.
Can I cancel?+

Is it safe to take card payments?+
Mo never stores card details. We use Stripe (the same payments company Apple, Amazon, and Deliveroo use) and the customer pays via a secure SMS link. PCI DSS compliant — same standard as a high-street till.
